We had a good stay.Laksh was the employee who helped us and he was really supportive, helpful and pleasant. If you are looking for a quiet stay for good budget this place would be your choice. We are coming back again.
We stayed at the Ramada twice. Lovely staff. Complementary breakfast. Room has comfy bed. Air con. Tv. Fridge. Microwave. Coffee machine. En-suite with shower and bath. They also have a guests laundry. Pay for it with ‘loonies’. Plenty of parking. And in the Center of town. Staff always friendly. Watched our bags when we went paddling. Let us check in early. Only marked down a wee bit as carpet in room/s didn’t seem to be too clean. But bedding and towels were. Maybe the carpet is just a bit tired. Anyway. We liked it. We stayed twice! We enjoyed breakfast bagels and cream cheese with coffee.
I stayed at this hotel for a couple of months, and while the building itself is older, the experience was made truly comfortable thanks to the dedication of the hotel manager, Lakshay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and pleasant. From addressing any concerns promptly to always being available with a kind and professional attitude, his efforts truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so committed to guest satisfaction. I really appreciated his support during my time there and would recommend this place based on my experience

We booked before reading the reviews and were kinda concerned after we read them, but this place was perfectly serviceable for the price. Our rooms were clean and didn't smell funky. The pool and hot tub appeared to be usable, but we didn't have time to use them. We appreciated the location, and walked down to the riverfront park, as well as a dinner location. Would stay here again for $75 a night.
The place was clean ,the room was clean, a little outdated, in need of some TLC, and new lamp shades. front desk staff was really amazing went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice environment
Place is old and rooms are in need of a refresh! However the room was very clean bed was super comfortable and I felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were so thoughtful and kind. They were very polite and funny! I would stay again and definitely recommend. The price is very reasonable. Made my trip more fun as I had more money to spend on entertainment. Thanks so much to you all! I will be back :-)

Sai was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. From check-in to addressing requests, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s employees like Sai who truly make a stay comfortable and memorable. Great hospitality, clean rooms, and excellent customer service overall. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Quesnel!
